Scrambled eggs tortilla wrap
A quick and tasty snack or breakfast: a soft tortilla filled with eggs and your favorite toppings
Ingredients
- Tortilla1 pcs
- Mozzarella25 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Cabbage50 g
- Carrot20 g
- Sriracha sauceto taste
- Mayonnaiseto taste
- Salt and pepperto taste
- Cooking oil1 tbsp
Cooking instructions

Shred the cabbage into thin strips and cut the carrot into strips.

Whisk the eggs until smooth, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the tortilla in a dry pan, sprinkle cheese on one side, and heat for about a minute on each side until the cheese is melted.

Take the tortilla off the pan, add the cabbage and carrot, then drizzle with mayonnaise on top.

Heat oil in the frying pan, pour in the beaten eggs, and fry for two minutes until cooked through.

Spread the scrambled eggs on the tortilla and drizzle with your preferred sauce.

Wrap the tortilla, place it in the pan, and heat it on low for about 5 minutes until a crispy crust forms. Keep an eye on it to ensure the tortilla doesn't burn, just warming the ingredients to blend the flavors.
